Organized, methodical and professional, Marya has more than 12 years of experience with different organizations in the management of contracts and public markets. She also has many years of experience as a trainer in training companies and business schools.
She has a Master’s degree in Governance, Human Resources Management and Skills Engineering from the University Mohammed V – FSE, a Master’s degree in Management and Business Administration from the National School of Commerce and Management of Tangier and a Bachelor’s degree in Private Law from the Faculty of Legal, Economic and Social Sciences of Agdal – Rabat.
Co-founder of Almaxyra & company, she decided to develop within the firm learning projects with international partners, in order to implement new strategies, practices and customized training solutions.
The aim of these partnerships is to unlock new ways of working, through innovative learning programs, to create progressive changes in individual capabilities and sustainable business improvement.
